DELIVERY
Delivery is expected to be within 3 to 5 working days stock levels. The delivery time is estimated and is subject to stock availabilty, we expect to deliver within 5 to 7 working days, if your order is required within a specific time scale please contact sales@smarthousesolutions.co.uk to comfirm availabilty.

RETURNS
Should you be unhappy with any product it may be returned for a full refund or credit within 14 days of reciept, subject to the following conditions and exclusions,
The Customer has a duty of care while the goods are in their possession.
Goods must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
Customers are responible for delivery charges back to Smart House unlless otherwise stated
Please ensure that goods are sent by recorded delivery or courier. We cannot accept liabilty for any goods lost in transit
